He was here a few times in the last year. I heard the time I didn't see him, he sucked, but the time I went, he drove the crowd wild, and remember when he dropped the Sweet Dreams remix, and AC/DC's Back in Black remix, the crowd was insane. |

Track selection was meh, a big meh, mixing was fine, but their flow and energy was terrible. I really felt like the set was going no where. I pretty much stayed till the end just to give them a chance, but they never recovered. I remember seeing a lot of TAs sitting around saying WTF is this?? I guess their bad performance was magnified by having to follow Steve Porter and JXL who played incredible sets.
Is it just me, or does every night get the "Best night out" award? |
last year or this year since january?
i dont recall that many things from last year (goddamn you short term memorry loss).
since january, i didnt go out that much unless it was a breaks/funk/hip-hop party but robbie rivera sucked something fierce at TiL.
electro ! i mean it aint that bad but why the everybody gots to spin it nowadays? where are them dark drums ? what happened to them funky beats? what happened to sex on decks????
everything sounds almost the same these days |

are you ing kidding me. Nevio's set may not have been top notch, but to say you'll be surprised if Vibe comes back is really pushing it. Vibe had an amazing time at Sonic, he likes the new set up and the new booth. The only reason that you may not see Vibe back in Toronto for awhile will be because he is totally booked... |

i guess what i said might have come across as harsh... not really meaning to. I don't know.. for a virgin ear... it just sounded awful even to me...
ive heard fab sets from nevio tho :)
and i heart vibe!(he was AMAZING)
