It could be interesting. Hopefully there aren't too many tracks like Sunspots. I can tolerate a little bit of minimal, but I usually like some sort of substance to my music.

Wow that sounds like it's going to be terrible.

This could go either way.. I've liked most of his recent productions but I'm a bit worried too that this album will be full of some clickety experimental ...

For you and everyone else who thinks otherwise, this is an extended collection of tracks, many of which are new. It IS NOT his artist album. It's silly how hating minimal techno and Holden's music is now becoming sort of a fad. This will be amazing...

Umm. I don't think minimal has ever had a giant following here on the TA board. Dood, if James is going to make minimal things, stick to something like 'the wheel'. that wasn't too bad. I would love to hear him produce some of his more warm sounds that he used to, e.g., one for you, janeiro, into the dawn, etc . . . I think that is where his sound thrives, and really shows its brilliance.

Would love to hear a pleasant surprise on this album, but not expecting it.

He's extremely talented, his percussion is unique as and i loved a break in the clouds. I still think thats how he should produce. Everything sounded so crisp and mellow and was just great.

At this point I'm beginning to think he enjoys the smell of his own farts.

if this isn't minimal enough I bet he will start sampling his farts and use in his tracks. FARTYMINIMAL!
