i'm probably the only one, but i love my steak WELL DONE. i mean, i love it burnt and blackend on the outside; and cooked thoroughly through.
steak sounds damn good now.! |

yes. if its cooked more then medium its a waste of the steak. its like a piece of leather lol. |

hence any good steak house having the disclaimer on the menu saying they cannot guarantee the quality of well done steaks...
fyi for all of you who like their steaks well done...most restaurants actually microwave them to prevent burning...yech. |

there's a buffet here in biloxi that has these 9 oz steak tenderloins that are so ing good i had like 3 of them the other night. i almost died from a massive heartattack, but it was worth it. LOL keeding |
