I love taking a thick cut sirloin steak and just doing them a minute on each side so they're hot on the inside but bloody as hell.

my brother got through school by working in restaurants. One guy once came in & when asked how he wanted his steak said "wipe it's arse, slap it around and put it on my plate" |
