| i want to yyou ask something.. there is something very interesting in my life. i have taken couple of phone numbers in seven months. This is okay. If you ask someone they give it to you if they want. Anyway the point is whenever i call i CANT reach none of them. Isnt this wierd. While i was working a jewelry store i got the phone # of a girl in starbucks. I called her million times but i have reached only couple of times and she was unwilling to talk. And girl from my Math class. She gave her number but she NEVEr picks up the phone. i call her from different numbers but the only thing i hear is her voice massage. i wasnt born here. I have been in NY for 2.5 years. What the F$%# is wrong with these girls?????? |

A question I wonder myself all the time. You call and they NEVER pick up. What the is up with that . Be honest and just say you're not interested instead of giving a number to someone only to never pick up. |

| so there is notting wrong with me.. When i got New york firstime. A guy said " Girls in this country are animals, except my mum" I guess he is right. So the best choice is ESCORT services.. Oleeeeeeeyyyyyyyyy ;) |

well.... to be honest. that could be your problem right there. see unfortunately, it really is all just a game. so what you want to do is NOT call tons of times... and just play it cool. if u get a number... wait a couple days even a lil longer if necessary. if you call her and she don't pick up, leave a message and thats that. don't follow up over and over cuz that just seems mad creepy. calling from different numbers is also creepy. so yea... play it cool, don't call too soon or too much. see how it goes... :) |

Never dated anyone in my life and can careless, it shows because people see me as heartless and just laugh at that and its not easy to make me laugh. You know what I really love and only need is money. If I ever neeed pleasure there option but escorts services work best for me. Plus I only really care about myself and anything to with a girlfriend is just too much work and hearing some women yap yap away is annoying.

thats what i did. First i called her and she didnt picked up. and for a while i left a voice masaage. And again she didnt turn my call. I pissed off and called million times. ;) You are right "life is a game, Doom is real." |

Lemme stick up for the girls here. I've done what you're talking about before. By that I mean, given someone my phone number and then not answered their call. Here's the thing. When I give my phone number, I'm interested. I've also likely had a vodka or something similar, and I'm happy and flirty. In the light of day, I may not be as interested. It's not a conspiracy, moods change you know?
Also, it's the total chicken way out to give the number knowing you're not going to take the call, but we all hate delivering bad news, right?
And by the way, I've had the reverse happen to me, so it's not just girls that do it.
But darlin, some advice... If you call and she doesn't pick up, leave a voice mail. I don't usually pick up the phone if it's a number I don't recognize. If someone doesn't leave a message, I ain't callin back. If she hasn't answered your voice mail, call maybe once more, then let it go. Please don't call 3+ times. It sucks to get rejected, but we've all gotta deal with it. |

ill agree with this statement
yeah...unfortunately clubs and bars are not the BEST places to pick up people, although sometimes good things DO happen. But it really depends on the type of people involved, and the timing, circumstances etc. Some ppl are more receptive to connecting/meeting up after the fact while for others, moods change it becomes awkward the day(s) after. You can't predict what may happen. and also, everyone has the prerogative to change their mind.
hmm most girls i know who give out info just give out their AIM or something. thats def LESS personal than a fone number. |

They're not animals, it's just that there are lots of pressures on them. Being a 20-something girl, particularly in America, is very challenging. Career, school, boyfriends, sex, and marriage are just some of the huge pressures they face on a daily basis. (The monthly hormonal rollercoaster doesn't help either, but that doesn't depend on the country ;)) |

Well thanks for your help.
The phone number i got from school. You are right. Moods change people. No you are Def. right.i dont have enough information about how to strike a communication with girls.
I just talked someone with one of costumers at my work. i asked her # and she gave it to me. But i said." Ifu not gonna pick it up or not interested really just tell me now" I dont know if i did wrong but i said what i feel. Anyway. Lets see whats gonna happen. As i said before i am new here.. Learning..

whilei was working at a hotel in Turkey, i was hanging out with different russian girls every nite. It was so easy. But here yeah i gotta agree with you.. ;) |
