Yeah, I hear what you are saying. She wasn't checking up on me either, I really think she was trying to enjoy it as much as me but would just burn out early. Oh well... :p |

I agree with Kelly, and in turn, you shouldn't have any problems with her having her own life. nothing wrong with having separate friends as well as common friends. It will actually make the relatioship stronger, as opposed to one individual feeling as if he/she is losing his/her identity.

of course that is *ideal* but it doesnt always happen. not everyone has everything in common with each other and certain personalities just DON'T mesh. And it can't be forced either. |

lol @ thread!!! why noone told me about it?
well i were single for exactly 6month on the 17th yesterday.
with some, even a few weeks, with others, only one or two nights were spent but nothing really serious that i would call "relationship"
it was more like "makeshifts" just to keep the "resources" at the top ;)
anyway, atm i'm pretty fine with it cauze i can focus on other things that got totally wasted during the whole "keep-up-that-girlfriend"-thingy...

i have been single since about July 1, 2006. but I haven't been alone or lonely... just unattached.
I am too busy with work to be happy any other way right now. I don't have the emtional strength to deal with a relationship. WEll, actually I have the strength just don't have the interest.
I LOVE being single! maybe not forever, but right now it's all I want. :)
And Josy, perhaps you should come to NYC and help another one of your hot friends get over his ex girlfriend. ;) |
