I have cats... of course sometimes they can be bitchy; so I have two; the chances of one of them being in a good mood increases. And they don't chew anything.. and I'f I'm goin' on a 3 day party binger.. just leave the bathtub on drip and fill the big popcorn bowl with food... they take care of themselves. :) |

My turn eh?? Well... I've never been single very long... I'm approaching my record. I'm usually single for 3-6 mo's then jump right back into a LTR. The last bf I thought was my last one; that we'd get married and live happily ever after and all that crap... but that fell apart in a heartbeat onest I learned everything was built upon lies... nothing but lies. And I look at the shallow, jaded, egotistical person he has become and realize, that while it might have stung.. it was certainly for the best. My only regret was wasting so much time on it. We broke up in 7/05, but didn't achieve clean break status until 4/06... WAY to long to be livin' in the in between! I "dated" one person a few months later...who turned out to be the BIGGEST PSYCHOPATH I have EVER encountered on this planet!
Since then.. not much action...
I dont' pursue people, I don't date because I don't trust anybody (loser after loser to thank for that).. I'm niave to when people actually have interest, and I think I'm a sucky closer :) |

Damn girl, it's been a long time!
I have been single for a while after meeting all sorts of losers: the threatening kind, the guy with self-esteem issues, the cheap ones,Guys with absolutely no social skills, the kind that does so much sh*t you can't actually count on him, etc, etc, etc. Funny thing is that most of them were successful professionals.
New York City is the best place to be single anyway. You never know who you meet in this city, and I don't miss having a boyfriend AT ALL. I've had more fun with my girlfriends ;) |

Single for a couple months. Broke up with her because she would always want to leave early when we went to clubs. :mad:
Seriously though, we were just too different. She appreciate some things I did, but at the same time wouldn't allow me to have free reign over them. Example: Last Jan she took me to see Armin for my BDay. I was so pumped for 2 months. Booked a hotel room, etc. 3 tracks into his set, she wanted to leave. I almost threw her over the freaking railing to the main floor, I was effin pissed. But, it didn't end there and she continued to do this crap. Was a long and drawn out breakup because she was my first real "love" and neither of us really wanted to see it end, but in the end I know it was for the best and we just need to move on. Now, I'm having good times with friends and just doing what I want. I'm only 22, 23 soon and have so much to do that unless a girl wants to really be there for me and allow me to give her love PLUS let me be me and she wants to be a part of that, then there is no point.
Also, you don't really start to get to know someone fully until about a year in the relationship I think. Anything before that, you are still in that "crazy about you stage" where a lot of personal characteristics about that person are hidden. |

hehe why couldn't you just NOT bring her then? I have NEVER brought my man to the club, and never will. (IMagine Yuis at a club!! HAHAHHAHA). And we love that we can have our own time with our friends anyways.
We often have our "friends" time on the weekend, but still enjoy each other in many other aspects of our lives and I LOVE our relationship. The fact that he doesn't like trance will NEVER break our relationship (even tho its a huge part of my life, I can share it with the other people I love). |

I woulda told her to stay home based on past occurances. It should be your choice if you wanna go out on your own, and she shouldn't have a problem with it. Maybe she was "checking up" on you. I dunno, I dont know either of you so I dont want to specualte, but I wouldn't go and pay money to do something I hated to do unless I had alterior motives :) |
