Have you ever seen the movie A Scanner Darkly? I JUST saw it like two days ago, and this totally made me think of it.
Now I am beginning to wonder, was that movie based on some sort of truth? Is there a drug call D that destroys your mind like that? |

I think you are refering to 2C-B. I could be wrong. But it's the one that is supposedly to be a bit like mdma/LSD. I would love to try this one it seems really interesting. |

I never heard of A Scanner Darkly until I threw on the Constantine DVD yesterday and saw the preview for it...
I was at my buddy Gio's apartment back in summer of '03, and told him that I had a great idea for a movie. I would jack up a star-studded cast, animate all of the characters, and have them voice their own lines.

No it's different than that and supposedly, much better/cleaner. It's been described as a cross between MDMA and LSD. I only know one person who's done it and absolutely zero information on where to obtain, but oh well. It definitely makes me curious.

I think I had some of that back in the summer (Sander K @ Stereo, and the M_Nus outdoor party at Piknik Electronic) and needless to say, the LSD feelings came as a surprise (though a really fun one). My friends who had the same at Sander didn't quite feel the same way though :(. Nothing bad, just not to their liking.
It was a riot, but I've never bothered asking specifically for that, and haven't had any more other than that one batch.
I'm not sure if it was 2cb, but it felt like clean mdma, and tripped like lsd. The lsd effect only seemed visual though. None of the other lsd-type stuff like occasional paranoia or uncontrolable laughing :D |
