the scene in casino when pesci and his bro get beaten by baseball bats and get buried alive. almost puked the first time i saw it... a testament to a great scene

i think the most shocking scenes ive ever seen are in that japanese horror movie Audition..it's just completely ed up..
theres this one scene where the girl throws up in a bowl and then unties this bag and this man crawls out of it and eats the vomit from the bowl.

Dario Argento's Opera. The killer would tape needles into the eyelids of the woman so that she could not close her eyes or blink while he gruesomely murdered people before her.
Oh, and Lucio Fulci's Paura nella città dei morti viventi. There was this one scene where a guy got a gigantic drill pushed through his head - it was horrible/awesome.

in the movie 'Bully' when they take the kid they're gonna kill out in the swamplands and start stabbing him while he tries to hold his insides in... totally uncalled for.
Also, in 'The Chumscrubber' (great movie btw) where the one bully is egging on the other to stab the little 12 year old. The 12 year old gets stabbed but then cuts the bully through the eye.
I guess I had seeing any scene where helpless people are getting it in the worst way.
