oh and as far as weddings goes, i only like the idea of throwing a big one because i definitely have the "entertainer" gene in me. i get it from my dad. love hosting dinner parties and throwing and organizing parties. i would have the bomb ass wedding if i had enough people to invite and enough money to do it the way i want. who knows...maybe it'll happen that way for me when i'm ready:) |
except it really is vintage.
and i dont like yellow gold. its ugly. too bright...but then again im not the type that likes to bring attention to myself or have things people notice (well except if your a single white female). :) |

This happens so often.
Often enough that it makes me wonder why people persist in thinking that "feelings" alone will ensure the survival of a relationship. The lesson never seems to be learned. I guess it is because each generation grows up mostly ignorant and the older ones never teach them how it goes. Or people do try to teach the kids about this and they just ignore it in favor of their infatuations. |

Yellow gold is obviously more yellow, but I was mainly talking about “gold” in general.
Bat gold is from Thailand and the Philippines (sp?). it’s more exotic looking. I know this because my high school sweetheart’s mom was philipino and she had a ton of it. looked so pretty on her tan skin |

yellow gold looks like puke against my skin tone. i absolutely hate it.
white gold is alright but still kinda boring.
i love sterling silver - when it gets all tarnished and shaded in the crevices. i just think that looks really cool.
titanium is cool too... very modern looking. |

| Yeah. They're really meaningless pieces of rock. Girls don't want diamonds because they're 'pretty'. Maybe because they're 'shiny', but you should probably stay away from the short bus girls. The real reason why girls like diamonds is because they're a status symbol. They ARE cool! What a way to show everyone...well i'm in too much of a hurry to think of it exactly...but your you know...social status...or something... |

| so these days marriages just don't work...forever is way too long it seems. Stop the marriages and worry about finding someone u can just get along with, and have similar likes and dislikes. People change over time which kills marriages. |

Gold...It's tacky.
I've got a bunch of gold jewelry that my Grandma gave me but no way in hell I'm wearing it. There is only 1 chain I'll wear but change the actual pendant on it between a playboy bunny, an angel, a little scorpion and a fleur de lis.
If you can pull off gold, good for you..but it has to be done class-ly well. |
