Heroin and Cocaine are only up there because of the associated dangers due to their illegality, i.e. unclean syringes, criminal activity, etc.. They are not inherently dangerous. Coke and Heroin are quite safe as long as you know how much you're taking, which is another issue with them being illegal (you never know the purity). The withdrawal effects from them are also pretty mild. I would definitely rank alcohol and tobacco above cocaine and heroin if this were based purely on what they do to your body. You can actually die from alcohol withdrawal.

edit: also :wtf: why are amphetamines so low? they are highly addictive and destroy yer brain!

Mild withdrawal effects? You have obviously never seen someone withdrawing from heroine. You may actually be able to die from alcohol and benzo withdrawals, but going through heroine withdrawals you feel sure you are going to die (you just dont).
