Is that directed at my post :wtf:? If so, no I have not done heroin. Even though I am conscious that alcohol and nicotine are far more dangerous those too are my drug of choice. I've been wanting to try weed but I don't want it enough to actively seek it and given current law conditions I don't wish to try any other illegal substances, only weed 'cuz police don't care much for weed here in BC.
edit: I have consider buying a salvia plant though :p |

My guess is that the list is a compilation of several factors that make a drug dangerous, not just the risk to oneself after ingestion. They probably added in total deaths per year, which would explain why those unpopular drugs you listed aren't on the list.

| I've always thought the world would be a better place if they banned alcohol and tobacco and legalized E and weed. Drugs that promote positive atmosphere, with no little addictive potential and, in the case of E, no long term side effects, ftw. Everyone would be too loved up and bent out of their minds to want to fight, you'd have far less cases of DUI's leading to deaths (not saying that DUI with E or weed is a good thing, but I'd bet money on it being a hell of a lot safer than DUI while drunk), and so forth. |

LSD is one of the safest drugs you can do. I don't even know if you could OD on it, unless you were drinking vials of it, and even then it's iffy.
Alcohol, tobacco, and opiates, however...
Very damaging to the health, worse things you can put into your body, and they don't even really come with any added dimensions of mental acuity like the hallucinogens do. |
