Seen a couple brawls in Tampa. One involving a girl throwing a girl by her hair as she was kicking him with high heels. Dude ends up on the ground and her dudes are kicking him in the head. If you've ever seen someone kicked in the head its not very fun.

My neighborhood is so safe that in 1998 CNN rated it the #1 place to raise a family in the WORLD. I think we've dropped to #2 since then, due to a dangerous increase in speeding tickets.
