I was nervous about how awake I was gonna be after Friday night, but I was all good!
Alex played a great set...not what I'm used to from an opener...I think he was pushing the bpm in the high 130's, but straight nastiness.
Didn't get to hear much of Preach since we were playing downstairs, but everytime I went upstairs he was killing it. haven't heard music that hard and banging out in a long time.
Thanks again to Marcello for having us last night. We had a blast. |

def a great night overall. Most high energy set I have heard in a while. I will def look forward to when Preach comes back to NYC.
I felt that he played a lot of trance, which I am not complaining about but wasnt he touted as a techno king? |

^^we def mentioned like 500 times that he plays tech-trance a la sander van doorn :) He used to play straight techno but has altered his style a bit.

btw: I thought Alex was awesome. (I am assuming it was him but there were like 7 guys in the booth!!) I was saving my energy for preach, but was definately feeling the set.
Big hugs to mah canadian girls for such a fun weekend!!! The tees were amazing, thanks for designing AND paying for them, I heart you!! A preach set would not be the same without Jenn there, the die-hard preach whore. Girl, you def raised the excitement factor to a whole new level!! :crazy:
still thinkin about this party, the music was outta control!!! Whoever missed this due to love/yankees/alcohol hangovers really just need to be shedding some tears right now.... |

WOW!!!
What an amazing night/weekend. I am finally just getting in the door now and to a computer from NY and visiting my dad. I am exhausted as hell, so sleep comes first and the review tomorrow. :)
I will also get the pics up tomorrow. God knows I took a lot of them.. lol |

ur entitled to ur own opinion dude u have to realize its america not europe though ... and bro theres no "u cant" in djin if u can pull it off u can pull it off the whole concept of tech trance (pretty much inovated by marco v in like 2000) is ... well.... techno and trance mixed up to cre8 a certain vibe.further sayin i think "mr.preach" knows what the hell he is doing gettin booked @ dance valley and havin more support there with canada then a mother ing alanis morisette concert ((((again no disrespect free speech buddy)))))))) |
