Oh I forgot to mention HARDCORE_TRANCER!... Nice meeting you... haha.. sorry I didn't get to take a picture of that HARDCORE GINO last night... *jokes*...
P.S. Guys.. I brought a camera to guv last night and got some good pics.. when I get them developed I will post them on my yahoo briefcase folder... (sorry.. it's easier for me that way) unless someone can suggest another way of posting the pics... there are a lot of them.. I'll keep you updated.

Armin's set was definitley one of the best trance sets I've heard live. I thought he was much better last night than at State and it was a real treat to hear carte blanche & Communication - love those songs!
I wanted to leave by 5:30 but Oliver was playing all those classics. Protect your Mind brought back some memories and Seven Cities and Xpander were amazing to hear. Mark Oliver played well and kept the flow going (sometimes he really drops the ball).
Damn it was packed! no room to dance at all. Last night seemed way worse than it was when Corsten was here. The only space was on the stage or on the patio!
The renovations are coming along although the sound is so messed up now! It's way too loud - Thank god I brought my earplugs...
A couple of TAs that I met only last night: Hardcore trancer - nice chatting with you dude :D & Waxen - Thanks for the sticker. ;) A really good TA turnout - nice to see everybody out!
Oh and the free beer at the beginning of the night was a nice bonus - I know Trancearmada was double-fisted all night! |

wooooooooooow what a night man,probably the best night I've had for loooong time, it was truly amazing, and I met alot of you TA's, you guys are veeeeery cool people, I hope I see all u guys again.

but beside all that I really enjoys Armins's set, my favourite song
was Signum - second wave!!wooow I coulcnt belive that Iam hearing this @ Guv. I danced my ass off last night really!!from 10 PM till 6AM.
I hope to see Armin again soon, and I think we should have these meetings , so this was we all get to know each other better!!

well now i'm kickin myself. i heard from someone while i was waiting at the door at 10 that armin was only spinning 3 hrs. so i left just after 4 thinking his set was over....note to self: stay longer :)
i must say armin's set was bangin'. When he dropped the Push remix of art of trance - madagascar, i went nuts! mark oliver certainly didn't dissappoint...when he dropped 'planet funk - rosa blue' at the start of the night, i knew it was gonna be a good event. props to them both.
i didn;t quite make it to the acid lounge to meet any of you guys...seeing as how it was my first time at the guv, i have no clue where the lounge was anyhow :) next time i'm making sure where things are...

I had an amazing night.. but one thing....TOO MANY CRACKED OUT ASIANS EVRYWHERE!!
Other than that i am glad he played Airwave, Second wave, and communication.
Did anyone see me by the way.... i was the guy on the podium for a while with the Che Guvera t-shirt on.

alright so the night was great, armin's set was absolutely pure uplifting trance set. he dropped some progressive tunes here and there, which was nice to the set, making it a bit diversed :) crowd was exactly wat i expected, i think that it was way more over-crowded than as it was on ferry corsten, i mean there was literally no space to dance until 5am :rolleyes: i understand that a club is all about business, you want it to be successful, so you make it big and let in a hell a lot of people, because thats were you get the big bucks...but for now, im the supplier that gives you the money for that club and i have every right to say wat i think!
i dont really know how some of you people say that the crowd in guv is good :rolleyes: i find really hard to believe, unless you guys which are suppose to be "NORMAL PEOPLE", just stand the whole night at the Drink and do watever, than ya oh for sure peeps of course its a great night :eyes: you dont care about actually dancing, when other people do actually come there for a reason that want to dance, can't! becuase either some en old asian is standing in the way, with his "cool black glasses" and pretending he knows everything around here, makes you just wanna en "break" those glasses :clown: there was a lot people like that yesterday, so of them were cool, but the majority was en low life dweebs and the 40-60 year olds? lol maybe its good, coz either they like trance or there just using viagra, so when they go to a club they can feel the energy lol :stongue: now im not saying you guys TA's dont do anything u know, but i guess its your thing and i understand that, but for me and like many other TA's here, we just can't stand over-crowded people, with a place of no vibe
i was drunk and i really didn't care about the crowd last night,thats why i had a great night :) but sometimes i had those "reflections" of my body to do something, but i didn't. i know the scene here sux, just sux :o i dont wanna hear anyone saying that guv crowd wise is good, coz it isn't :o only club i find with a vibe is Comfort Zone :D and systems has "one" sometimes...
now the TA's :) Cloud 9, TranceXtasy, Kytracid, Nr2(sorry man, you know who you are :D), Swamper, Trancearmanda(man, your everywhere :)), Trance Peekster(need no presentation for you :D), AndoraStar, Waxen (your such a cuttie ;):D), Brunette(the vibrator was such a good toy lol)Mavspire :) nice partying with you man as always and "finally" not the least "expected" =P infinity_HIGH and DJ_MG :D |
