Another thing that was good last night was Oliver before Armin came on. Great to hear him spinning newer tracks instead of the same old predictable.... thought it was cool that he started off his trance set with Minimalistix - "Close Cover" and one song that he plays alot, but i love it is Nalin and Kane - "Open Your Eyes" (remix??) love that track....
Also some people i missed... Vividboy - only saw you once, need to talk some more, but it was cool. and TranceXtasy - always good seeing you out in full force and ready to have a good time! |

You know what man u are right!!we just have to get use to this, and be happy with what we have, and try to enjoy ourselves . I know it is hard, but what can we do, so we'll just have to live with Gino's and crackedup Asians!!I guess
actually last night I had fun because I didnt let anyone stop me from enjoying myself , and it worked, just do what u want and ignore around u. These Asian's were trying to push me around, but haha it didnt work because I was alot bigger then them!!;) ;) so they just gave up!!

While I didn't attend this event (my presence was needed at another party, which sorta sucked anyways- I almost wish I'd stayed home altogether), I'm almost glad I didn't attend.
I really was traumatised over the overcrowding the last time I went to see Ferry, & feared it would happen again (as I was proven right).
What ever happened to our letter writing campaign from the last time???
As for the demographic make up of the crowd- well, we can never change that. The only thing that would help is if there was MORE ROOM so that you can move away from them when necessary. I could have a better time in a bad crowd if I could have some space to breathe & dance.
I'm also sort of glad not to have gone thru a mad scene like that to go hear so many older songs. I'm sorry, but when someone of his stature comes to town, I want to be blown away by a lot of new tracks. This was also my complaint w/Ferry. I'm glad I saw Armin a few weeks ago in Miami, where he played lots of new stuff that impressed me. Don't get me wrong, those are all really good tracks he played, but if I want to hear a bunch of anthems, I can go to System once a month for Deep Groove's old school sets. |

Im with you on that Id like to hear more new tracks then old ones :whip: but it was a good set :p |

The only thing that would solve alot of people's problems with overcrowdedness is another mega-club that could compete with the Guv on Sat. nights... Since that doesn't seem like it's happening anytime soon then we just have to deal with what we have until then. |
