During the week, Sweet Fanny Adams.
On Saturdays...14-16 hours.
On Sundays...4-5, depending on how bigger night I've had. Sometimes none; I just stay up all day then go to bed on Sunday night.
I'm chronically tired. |

I have such bad sleeping habits. I just don't get tired, if I go to bed not tired I lay there for hours.
I blame it on When colleges went on strike for 3 weeks, I didn't have to wake up for anything so I stayed up until 3-4am and woke up at 1-2pm.
That's ok, on week-ends I can get about 10-13 hours a day/night lol |

You need to break the cycle.
Go to bed at your usual time of 3-4am, but set an alarm for 7 or 8am, and make sure to get up.
That night you will be tired and go to bed at 10pm.
Repeat until this becomes the norm. |
