yeah after a hard worout you feel like you got about 6 hours of sleep after 9. Takes a few good nights of sleep to recover. Every night you get 4 is another day you dont get a good workout :\ |

hm, maybe you sleep too much.
sleeping can actually prevent you from gaining muscle mass in some cases. This is why many of the most famous bodybuilders swear by 4 or 5 hours of sleep.

you can lose a lot of your work during sleep without the proper amino acids in your system, and sleeping longer sure does increase the risk of this.
also didnt you mention you wake up in the middle of the night and drink water? thats a baaaad sign... you should sleep soundly for sure. 3 hours of solid sleep> any amount of interrupted. |

the lowest vertebrae in my spine has a completely crushed disc. Makes doing anything, especially sleeping really uncomfortable. I toss and turn all night no matter what bed I am in. The wanting water is from the dry ass a/c air that Ive never gotten used to.
I worked out hard last night and my GF woke me up 30 min early today and I was actually shaking with exhaustion when she did.
I dunno...you do what you can hehe |

yeah im completely talking out of my ass or whatever anyways, I don't work out lol, I've just heard this around somehow...its all probably really dependent on the person...and anyways you never know how reliable info is, because half the time bodybuilding articles are selling some sort of product.
edit: gf wake you up?? I thought jenny said you were one of the old virgins with vlad! |

About 4 hours a night Monday to Saturday, and then about 18 hours on Sunday afternoon / Sunday night.
Definitely not a healthy way of doing things, but oh well. |

how did that happen? you should have surgery. disc surgery isn't what it used to be and the recovery time is a lot quicker. i don't think you even have to be put under if i'm not mistaken.
do u have health insurance? you're too young for that kind of back pain. that must suck. i have just a bulging disc in my low back and it causes me a lot of pain from time to time. my legs go numb when i'm driving and i get a really dull pain in my ass/tailbone. |

| Around 6h a night during the week and about 10h a night during the weekends. The odd time, I'll do an allnighter for whatever reason. |
