no one can overcome the curse, including John Madden. you either get a major injury, or obesity & athlete's foot. There is no other option.

I went to Texas so, Vince Young is a hero and a saint and a bunch of other great things. Therefore he will beat the curse.

that is one tough schedule. no division games until the end of september? but to look deeply at that schedule, road games are the most important factor. the tough road games out of the 8 are San Diego and Seattle, which are both Sunday games(maybe the Seattle game may be bumped to Monday, depending on their records at the time of season). The other 6 are scrubs, and have a good chance of winning.

Chiefs and Cowboys @ Chicago? it's pretty tough to win at Chicago i have to say.

yeah, the Bears are almost a completely different team at home, especially now with the renovated stadium. That place is amazing now. It used to be the insane weather & the general aura (or before that, the lethal snow/turf combination :stongue: ) that gave them an advantage, but now, it's much more enclosed, with the seats almost peering over the field, and it holds about 10,000 more people. I'd put it up there with some of the better atmospheres in nfl stadiums now, especially on the orange days.

I have a thing... I hated/counted out Rich Gannon, Randy Johnson, and Priest Holmes in the past... I said they would SUCK after amazing seasons, and they never fell off, well they eventually did, but it took like 3-4 years after I said they'd hit the wall...

I counted out Vince 100% to succeed in the NFL, many a times on this board as well....

and look what he did last year.... so I'm going with my luck here and says he proves me wrong EVEN more this year, and runs away with MVP...

screw the curse, Madden is a fat piece of , I'll always hate that idiot..... but yeah, I'd never do a cover for his game, cause he's a POS....

and looking at the Bears schedule, I say 12-4... their division is a joke, probably the 2nd easiest to the AFC East... so I say best case: 13-3, worst case 11-5, that doesn't look like a tough schedule to me, except for the first week and perhaps the Saints, no other team on there screams easy win against the Bears to me...

well this contradicts Jon Kitna and Mike Furrey's pasts statements, saying the Lions will win 10+ games this season. :wtf:

btw, each day Larry Johnson holds out, the more valuable Priest Holmes and Michael Bennett are. I wouldn't be surprised if Priest Holmes wins Most Improved Player of the Year this year.

Yeah I still can't believe the whole LJ situation... but then again, the Chiefs are retarded... I mean they hired Herm Edwards... so... maybe I shouldn't be surprised...

I just hope LJ goes to the NFC, don't need him no more in the AFC...
