Uhm don't be so quick to judge. You ever thought DT may have a photo-sensitivity issue and simply not want lasers/glowsticks/damn camera flashes in his face the whole set? The reason I say this is because _I_ am photosensitive and from what I see of his requests, it seems he is too.
You're probably going to say now: "Well he never USED to do that". Guess what, photo-sensitivity is not necessarily something you are born with. You can develop it later on in life (mine started at 23). Now i wish i had gone to Guv for his set :( First time since 2004 I would have been able to go dancing there. |

Lauren, they had strobe lights on for a bit, so I don't think you'd be able to dance :( |

During his set or before that? Even if it was during, as long as they're not on every 10 seconds like they normally are, i'm usually okay. Just cover my eyes and wait for them to end :D :p lol |

whenever the strobe lights come on,, i usally have a mini seizure, and then i start slowly falling to the ground,, but most of the times i grab on to something and can stay on my feet,,, i probably look like a huge sketchbag,, ahahha, i too started becoming photosensitive around 23,, i was actually 25 when i reacted to this |

Heh that's exactly what I get :p Personally I'm too scared to have them so i try and avoid places with brutal lights. There are a few clubs that are perfect though so it's not too bad.
My only gripe with Guv and KH is the _constant_ use of strobes... it's brutal! The lasers i can deal with to a certain extent but the strobes... not good lol. I just don't want to go and ruin someone's night when i fall on the floor next to them having seizures LOL It's not a pretty sight i'm told! :p |

People shouldnt be celebrating that fewer people are interested in attending a dance music event as this just means to me that the scene has shrunken here.

I stopped by this morning on my way to work and he was still going...danced for a couple hours and then went to work. I may go by after work for a couple more hours. |
