omg only just found this thread - me and my mates during work just email each other... lots of haikus get made :p this is just a compilation of a few of them... not in any particular order but some are in response to others
No phones here for me
I listen to Sahara
Saviour: Solid Globe
God damn all you guys
I really need a ciggy
Save me from the phones!
Bwain has been bwoken
Someone buy some super glue
Or make me coffee
My epiphany
I had at work suddenly
Trance just saves the day!

I am drinking tea
It is a diaretic

I wish if only it was

Afternoon death looms,
Worse than morning death I say,
Hunger gnaws through gut.
I have none either;
Just some whimsical musings
Of a hungry mind
I am quite starving,
no muffins, cupcakes, cookies,
I be envious. =(
I like chocolate
Muffins, cupcakes and cookies
They make me happy
Morn'n death creeps slowly,
And softly hurts mushy brain,
Woe is this day... woe. |

i actually used that as one of my poems in highschool english class,teacher made a book of our poems and mines was in the 1st page haha.

Just to let everyone know....
a Haiku specifically pertains to nature.....any sort of 3 line poem with 5-7-5 syllable count pertaining to NATURE.
a SENRYU (sp?) is a 3 line 5-7-5 count- but about anything in general.
