It's not really a matter of aesthetics... do you honestly believe that the opening to the birth canal is a 'beautiful' orifice? True, but that's got nothing to do with perceptions of abnormality. My point was that nobody exists in their "natural" form, so deviation from it shouldn't be considered "abnormal" because it'd make us all abnormal.
