You are no more or less than what you perceive yourself to be.
24 is just a name, title, or word used to define you.
But this word defines you no more than your shirt or wallet.
If you wish it to define yourself, it will.
If you tell yourself you are old, then that's what you'll be.
The same works the opposite direction as well.
