I'm not sure if I'm gonna go next year...I mean I will for sure if I can afford it. My buddy's never been to WMC, so we're gonna do that for sure. Just sucks that one has to commit to WMC so much earlier. I'd love to be able to compare the two line-ups and just pick ONE party...you just know next year's DEMF will be madness for the 10 year.

that's exactly why i want to go and wmc is sooo much money. I'd rather fly home and visit for a regular party. less packed and more fun.
I enjoyed the cracked out techno kids much more than any miami parties. Just seems like ppl go to wmc cuz its commercial. If I still lived there.. I'd go. But you def get your money's worth at detroit.

Yeah...I feel the same way...even though when I did WMC I went to smaller parties - lots of deep house and stuff, stayed away from the big clubs for the most part. We'd only go for the weekend anyways, not the whole week.
It's really only my buddy who wants to go....but I have many months to convince him otherwise, lol.

i've only been to WMC and DEMF once, but after comparing the 2 experiences i just can't justify spending the money and dealing with the people at WMC. i think i spent about $500 total for DEMF - that's including the train tickets and hotel and all the spending money i brought for food/drinks/etc.
