It was? He concluded that because she supports democracy, she therefore supports Hamas. That's equivalent to suggesting that because you are a criminal lawyer you believe in the clients you are forced to defend.
She believes in the process of democracy - not necessarily the same as believing in the outcome of it. |

No, he was basically saying that since she did not clearly answer the questions, that is the conclusion you could be lead to. Then he says somebody should ask the Mcain campaign about that stance. He knows that she does not support Hamas because she does not know who they are. |

Anyone watching? I can't watch our federal debate - they're all talking over one another and it's maddening!
Palin is doing much better than I was expecting....certainly better than in the Couric interview. She does have appeal as the every day american citizen who can speak to people from the heart when she's allowed to by her political advisors. |

I had to stop watching as she was hurting my head. She won't answer any questions. Asked a mortgage question, brought up energy independence. Just one example.
Biden was being much more specific.
But realistically they are over glorified cheer leaders for their respective party leaders. "Mcain said this" "Obama did this". |

True. I just thought Biden was being more to the point, more specific, with actual examples. Palin seems to stay on the surface, with general ideas. |
