WSH is also super sketchy. They made the playoffs by the skin of their teeth last year, with Huet standing on his head and Ovech killing it. This year??? THEODORE. Hopefully, letting Huet leave won't bite them in the ass!! |

chicago does not have the best player in the nhl...and if semin stays healthy it will be easy for them to win a weak division.

Tampa and Washington will fight it out to the end I think.. however, Washington is an Ovechkin injury short of imploding, as is Tampa with Lecavalier's rehabbing shoulder. I don't see a lot of depth on these teams but they will be exciting to watch.
West

ANF: I took a closer look at St Louis' roster :p but this team will improve..just not enough to make the playoffs. They will struggle to score some nights in the tight-checking West, as will many teams there, including my Canucks.
I hope Kovalev has a good season.. or someone's gonna photochop a 'K' on that vintage jersey :p |

That's gonna seem like a home game for Montreal.. particularly if they keep up the momentum from last season and the Sens start the season poorly. Ottawa's kinda weird in that it's fan base is divided into Montreal, Toronto and Sens fans, with Toronto and Montreal having a significant ratio. |
