The ring of honnor sucks, I expected something like a monument outside or something...not some banners in the nose bleeds...un peu amateur non?
Tanguay rocks. He's fast, handles the puck well, he can score and he's not afraid to hit (you can tell he played in Calgary!!). I really like Lang too. He's not very fast but he compensates by being at the right spot at the right moment to get a pass. |

where would you like to put it paskal? Traditionally ring of honours are done in this way. It is quiet and classy...players with lazers shooting out of their eyes is something better off in the usa:p
I disagree about lang...he is not as fast as tanguay, but is way better than him on his skates. With his big body and stick handling skill, he is there to eat the puck and give his wingers room. |

im not really sold on Tanguay yet...Lang's offensive awareness is great though. I find he's a much smarter player and you can tell he's highly skilled. I think Tanguay will need a couple of more games...the Toronto game was pure pp ravaging of the worst team in the league. so im not factoring that in
I seriously fans that wear bruins jerseys to habs games, who've never been to Boston, or even its surroundings, who don't know what a Boston accent is. |

So far im loving the Lang+Tanguay addition to the lineup. Both will bring lots for the team.
I love how laracque got in a fight within 3 mins of the start! we need more of him! |

After tonight's game against the Coyotes, seeing that we won't have Andrei Kosyn for a while, I believe its an opporunnity for Max Pacioretty. He prooved in the preseason that he is a talented left winger, good enough to be on at least the 2nd line. Its a chance for him to get good experience while we wait for Andrei's return.
I'm not too seduced with the rumours about a trade with the Wild for Gaborik. We should try Higgins with Lang and Sergei before even thinking of trading him. |

the trade with the wild won't happen.(gaborik is injured and the team is undefeated...such bull rumours.)
max pac will not happen.
don't forget higgins and bouillon play monday.
Also: for a 4 - 1 game it was boring, and i hope to i don't have to sit through paying almost 10$ a beer again to see such a lack of competition...this is not the habs fault, but for 105$ a ticket i want to be entertained.

i'm glad this was not a game i had tickets for.
most boring game of the year so far but i will take the 2 points even if we didn't really deserve it.
florida has to be the most boring team in the nhl. |
