on the state level gays getting married will work in a few states and i'd say fairly soon perhaps less than 3 or 4 years. eventually it'll have to go to the federal level which probably will take 15-20 years and that unfortunately will a tough battle. religion will dominate this issue which sucks, religious beliefs to the extreme and feeling the need to impose them on others is whack. gay people getting married and not caring if it's really called marriage on like documents, well that would take like 6 years tops for multiple states

funny, if this proposition had taken place in any other state; the amount of celebrity appearance and/or public notority would be minimal. guess of all the states for it to happen in, it was good to happen in that state.
