| I just had my annual performace review. No raise like everyone else, but because last year's bonus fund was already banked, I got 6%. I'm ok with that. |

This morning I renewed a client at $780 for 12 sessions. As he was writing me the check he said lets go ahead and make it a $1000 for your christmas bonus.

| Lucky for me the global financial crisis has not hit the consumer products industry. I guess people will always need beer and cigarettes. My company recently won two huge deals with Sony and Nestle so we should be good for 2009. I got a 5.9% raise this year and just finished a really nice Christmas party. Who knows about bonus though. I'm just happy I got the raise. |

My company was fine last year.
This year hit the fan my GM told me it appears we are not doing well.
We usally get our bonuses on the 31st, this year she tell me they have no plan for any.
Those who think your companies are doing well, you might wnat to chekc again. Mines was fine and all of a sudden sales for the last 2 months are down 23%, along with sales down goes employess. This economy sucks!
Luckly I dont work hourly, and I make a decent salary for someone who is 21, some of the hourly people are down to 32 hrs a week. |
