I'm going to argue that you need to head a little more north. But thats neither here nor there.

I love Ableton. One thing I learned pretty quick was to STOP INVESTING in hardware and learn your software first.

When I started I purchased so much equipment, and it's all in my garage collecting dusting and hoping to one day use it.

:D

I used to stare at the screen too! I used to hate not being able to understand it, but one day with the help of a fellow TA (Mike Lord), it just clicked! Never looked back!

:toothless

I've been in contact with Chris from Blu Mar Ten and he recommended I try the Resolute (is that the right program?) then he gave me Hobnox audio player to twiddle around with, but I can't turn the damn thing on. >_<

Agreed but I would not trade SF for the other exclusive offerings of LA - disgusting amount of people, traffic, and poor air quality. Those three are absolute deal killers for me. If I were to move down I'd stick to Santa Monica, Westwood, and Venice, all places I usually spend summers at.

I was thinking Burbank, maybe?

I love the OC. I don't think I could live in LA. OC is near perfect!
