let the buyer (or freeloader) beware... if you don't regularly dine there, they are like the McDonalds of family dining: regularly filled to capacity and serving food for which "mediocre" is a compliment.
im tempted to try this out on the stated day, but my mind becomes clouded with visions of customer waiting queues running outside of the places and into the cold wintery night. |

I have a feeling that people dining at Kelsey's know that they're not in for a fine dining experience. lol |

For sure, even Jack Astor's or Boston Pizza is a little better (albeit similar).
I still might go that week, working early enough to have some. Free wings are free wings...FREE. mmm. |

I agree. I don't say no to free stuff...unless it's from Burger King.
They gave out free breakfast sandwiches ones. They were so disgusting I threw it out. |

I can also imagine seeing huge line ups for this. But luckily, I live next to london pub which serves the best wings, and there's always the option of 3 wild wing locations or all star wings. So nice to have so many choices :D |
