I opened mine today at work (post superbowl hangover headache) and one was broken in half and they were SOLID! Not caps with something inside, but like they were dried out... weird. |

Mine were solid as well :(
Anyhow, I just got my personalized luggage tags in the mail today from KLM. They are pretty cool and the offer still stands!
