Admission to Bell Free Weekend activities – including exhibitions, screenings, concert and workshops – is available on the day of, in person at TIFF Bell Lightbox, on a first come, first served basis. Capacity is limited.
Doors open at 11 am on both Sunday, February 20 and Monday, February 21.
Bell Free Weekend free activities run from 11 am to 11 pm on Sunday, February 20 (including New Releases screening at TIFF Bell Lightbox) and from 11 am to 6 pm on Monday, February 21. |

The link he had about it has instructions. You basically use a hotel address or someone you know in the states, then a few weeks later you change the address to your Canadian one. |
