And this is the reason 95% of the guys I date turn into morons or tools, like Jay pointed out. They seem to do a personality 180 about a month or so in.

all of my serious relationships i waited at least a month or 2. i've definitely hooked up (as the cor is well aware lol) but when i really like a guy, i don't jump right in the sack with him. i never used to think i would be good at the just hooking up thing when i was younger and i was kind of a prude too, but then i had some hookups and had no feelings whatsoever and i was surprisingly great at it. like the next day they'd be like, "hey wanna grab breakfast" and i was like, "gotta go". lol never called them again.
i always say i would be the worst womanizing dude ever :stongue: |

Not gonna say that I haven't found my fair share of crazies and the early sackage didn't backfire in my face once or twice - but I'm a LTR kind of girl. First boyfriend - 2 years Second - nearly 5. This is my third "relationship" and I knew him like 6 or 7 months before I allowed him to take me out haha. FYI I don't consider 1 month-6 months of dating = relationships. Not even 1 year if it was in High School or college or something like that (I don't count anything at all from HS). Living together + sharing life = relationship (for me).

I'm extremely picky, too. I generally get bored of guys by the one-month mark, so I sort of subconsciously self sabotage my own rule of getting laid.
Not too often I find a guy that holds my attention beyond a month... I start to feel this horrible 'trapped' feeling, you know? |

i could do both. i used to say i liked relationships better but when i was single about a year ago and living in downtown in my own apt. i was having a great time. doing whatever i wanted, flirting with whomever i wanted, hooking up, not having to answer to anyone. i mean i wasn't ing random dudes every weekend lol if anything, all of my randoms have been with guys i've known for a while and we just decided to do it.
never went out to a bar or anything and met a guy for the first time and went home and ed him. i'm pretty proud of that, most chicks do that A LOT in their college years and 20s. |
