I do. Homeless, drug addicts, the mentally retarded, and the likes should be imho.

you do realize that is just one step away from eugenics
i think if a person is disabled they should be able to have kids depending on their disability. These days we have genetic screening to detect defects and probability. Lets say its a recessive gene and the other partner doesnt have it then why not let them reproduce.
No one should be force steralized
drug addicts can recover
Homeless can recover. Some homeless used to be multimillionairs that lost it all. They just need help

No need to get our hands dirty; all we need to do is increase the selective pressure of these peoples' environment. That way they will fail to reproduce in the proper, natural way: by dying before they get to that point. |
