| Unprofessional indeed. The only reason I can see why someone would do that is if they've been trying to get a hold of Circa Management by every other method imaginable and they felt that was the only way they'd pay attention. Regardless, still not good business practice. |

Could be a privacy issue for them to post that much infor. If there has been no statement of claim issued against circa, that's one thing. Once it's in the courts it's public information as far as I know.

If you're not paying your mastercard bill, the bank cant come and stick a poster on house saying who you are, who you owe and how much. That's a infringement your right to have your personal information kept private. |

that's when you pay $500 to a lawyer and have a statement of claim issued served to them. |
