The conflict is that both you and Shaya are probably right. I can't imagine how much frustration that company is going through to collect ************ of the staggering fee. As professional as the company would most likely try to appear in the beginning, they eventually loose their cool and resort to desperate actions. Perhaps they feel they might get results by trying the embarrass Circa as a last resort.
Once these things go to court it will be there for as long as several years. Circa's lawyers could easily drag it out as long as possible till they either get the funds, or claim bankruptcy protection... then the web host will be screwed for sure. |

I have a bit of internal insight here and I can tell you they are not behind in the rent - everything is up to date and there is no imminent closing on the horizon. Anything you hear is rumour and just that. This design issue is simply an on-going dispute that has nothing to do with club finances.

| 45K doesn't buy much of a website when you're using a professional web design agency. (i.e. critical mass, organic, blast radius, tribal,) They usually bill sr. designers out at $150/hr+. So if this small agency was billing out at half that it wouldn't take much to end up with a monthly bill of $3500. |

yeah those companies mentioned about are pretty serious. i have a few friends that worked at blast radius and organic.
even taxi bills high... and they win awards every year. |
