djchez.......what in the HELL are you talking about? lol
Spin Laden
bit harsh but I 'mildly' agree with all of it, minus DT. I don't know what djchez was listening to but that set was absolutely horrid :)

lol

i do agree that C & C year was the best bnb ive ever been to

but... then again... i don't go to bnb looking for sex so I guess we just go for different things... lol

I think some of that vibe is lost having B&B at the Palais rather than Olympic, IMO, even if one can successfully argue costs, location, logistics, etc.

I remember he took a while to get there (as Danny usually does) but about 2-3 hours into his set the man created a grind dude. he was dropping tracks youll never ever hear again. He also dropped for the first time to our ears his Dibiza which made my head spin in that massive room. He started playing the most twisted tribal techno. how can anyone deny it. i was with Carlo lio and the junkies 3 big producers out of toronto who also felt the same way. he had me and carlo jumping higher then our shoulders. and then to end it with some classics like shapeshifters and what was that other 80s track? it just worked! it was brilliant. what did i hear wrong?

well dude, what im saying is.. when the music isnt there.. and the lighting isnt there.. and the production isnt there... what the is left then? If YOUR not looking for sex at this point its cuz well i guess your asexual i dunno cuz let me tell you most people are. And my point was, when a party turns into nothign more then a bath house the vibe is gone... well i guess the vibe is gone once the dj takes you..no where!

yeah, I know who those Vinyl Junkies and Carlo Lio blokes are.

I was there for that whole DT set too, right there to the Shapeshifters track at the end. I found Tenaglia was jumping thru styles and influences a bit too much (he even dropped a hip-hop track :p) without the flow that's needed to move a big room. Were you guys in the booth? If so, it's not the same thing as feeling the music in the dancepit, imo.

Chus and Ceballos killed it, however. The set, the music...it was quite the spectacle that a lot of homophobes sadly missed :p

lol, bath house.
