******** is very similar to certain members of the PDD..... he reads through a report, law or statute just as far as he needs to to find a single line that agrees with his line of thinking, ignores everything else and then proclaims to be a seasoned expert on the subject matter.
Above all this, he also fails to look at a little thing called logistics.... even if the fair use policy didn't exist, in order to sue for copyright infringement, you need to PAY FOR A LAWYER. That lawyer needs to be able to prove that the plaintiff suffered dammages from this infringement.
A: ******** couldn't afford a law student let alone a good copyright lawyer.
B: No judge in their right mind would think anything written by ******** had ANY commercial value at all (well maybe to those people that are obsessed with owning things previously belonging to or created by psychopaths)
C: Im pretty sure that all of us on here (except ********) could afford a much better lawyer than he could. |

We wouldn't even need a good lawyer given that there is absolutely no way Will could prove a monetary loss as a result of anyone here duplicating his material... thus no damages; subsequently, no court would give him an award. |
