I havn't been on trial in france I don't know what the hell you are talking about unless
France newly made a law that stated
is evidence of a death threat, which is punishable by 3 years of jail and a fine of 45000€ (in France)."
So I have no idea what type of nonsense you are spouting, you are clearly uninformed. |
Jesus... Of course you haven't been on trial in France.
But, if a French citizen writes:
| quote: | | "They've stripped my humanity, they've ruined my life, frankly when the showdown comes it is here. Once blood is drawn it is a death mark. They want a killer they will get one. sometime by september there will be a violent occurence which could be fatal for one or more people. THE END. I learned over these 5 years not to take it, what I learned is ATTACK KILL DESTROY. This is coming" |
The police will be entitled to carry out an investigation, because this text can be deemed as evidence of death threats. And, in France, a death threat can make you punishable by 3 years of jail and a fine of 45000€. That was an example. And I'm sure a similar text exists in the Canadian law. |

The police spreading lies about my activities and my roommates activities is a form of libel, slander and police harasment. It is fraudulent and unethical to tell lies about people in an investigation. The police spreading lies about me and damaging my personal relations and causing stress in my life, and even causing a distruption in other peoples lives to try to get dirt on me is clearly illegal operations that police shoulnd't conduct themselves in a manner of.
|
Libel and Slander are not crimes. they are intentional torts which may be viewed as having rendered harm to the plaintiff. however its only libel and slander if its not true. if the cops are going around telling everyone your bat crazy, im pretty sure that could be proven quite valid beyond a reasonable doubt.
The term is called probably cause, that is the only clause the police need to satisfy, according to the charter of rights and freedoms, in order to search your person, question you or detain you for questioning. Id say your little unibomber manifesto website would easily pass for probably cause in any court. |

Not enough it seems, because you say you have been incarcerated before. |
