And asking me who emailed me the text? that's none of your ing businesses. They did me the favor by emailing me the context, i am not going to return the favor by snitching them out.

So I just ran a search on Westlaw... 0 cases on record with "William Michael Ashley" in the citation or listed as counsel... several with "William Ashley" but unless he's a china distributer in Toronto then that's not him. The only other "William Ashley" listed was in a criminal matter, but he was fatally injured so not likely to be our William Ashley. Subsequently; I must conclude that the case to which WA is refering is neither a criminal or civil matter... perhaps small claims or FLA... or a fabrication.
FYI, Will, I don't need your help... I have other resources. |

1) What is the point of taking ******** to court? "Your Honor, I'm suing this man because he is crazy."
2) ********, ing grow up, dude. Accept the fact that your perception of the law isn't anywhere close to being the correct way to perceive it. There's no way you can get out of the you posted, we have quoted it, saved it, with "context" intact.
3) Moral Hazard and colonelcrisp know more about the law than you do, shut the up and accept the fact that you got caught in a serious threat made on your website. |

Dude, that, I swam competitively for 14 years, and have been teaching swimming for 2.5, peeing in the pool is completely harmless. Any bacteria in your urine is almost immediately killed after leaving your urethra. Not only that, but even more bacteria is usually present on your person while getting into the water. Why do you think most places have signs up that say "please shower before entering the pool"? I peed in the pool for 10 years, and I'm not about to quit now. |
