easiest way to cover yourself is to make a copy of the content, burn it to CD, and mail it to yourself by registered mail. When the package arrives, do not open it. essentially you have now created a time capsuled snapshot of digital data. (we do this alot with stamped construction drawings, we will send out a full sized version of the drawings, by registered mail, in order to establish an untouched master copy for use in legal disputes) |

oh and the dammages he claims we are responsible for consiste of one (1) long distance phone call from his sister and untold hours of lost time and emotional duress suffered by will.....
all told i value his dammages at about 17 cents.... 16 of which were for the long distance call... |

Of course you request they don't be distributed, but requesting that nobody pay attention to your crazy posts doesn't change the fact that you said it. "Copyright and Public Domain" goes out the window when you make threats to the general public, by this point you shouldn't give a about people "stealing your work", you should worry about the police throwing you in a ing mental institute. |
