that's regarding the firefight; I stated I didn't know the details. I was referring to the separate incident of misconduct with the camel because he spit on your friend. You can't justify that. |

They also brought him to court martial for shooting an unarmed iraqi in the face from about 15 feet, but due to the mosque incident a bunch of Navy JAG guys flew in and got him off because he wasn't given proper time off after his friend died. |

Carte Blanche to kill an unarmed civilian when a friend dies...that sounds like a very sound judicial system. What happens when the Iraqi guy's best friend comes back and tries to shoot an american, who is armed? Does he get a pardon as well? |

you could say that someone who values a dog's life more than a humans is more so one.;) A mass murdered is better than vick?
is the spca/dog pound part of a huge problem with society? The kill a lot more dogs every day than vick ever did. |

so the justice system screwed up twice....one has nothing to do with the other.
That being said....Stallworth made a bad decision to drive intoxicated one night....how many of us have driven when we shouldn't have? Vick made a conscious decision to kill and torture these animals...not just once but hundreds of times. |
