Yes, I'd wait too considering anything currently out won't be able to get OS7 on their existing BB. I'm annoyed with this big time since I just upgraded.
likewise...just spent $100 on a torch cos I wanted 6 (no contract cos it was second hand) but still...ugh

Wow that's sketchy... kinda cool idea, since it actually controls your BBM, it's like a remote connection, as you type and navigate on this webapp, it actually does what it's doing on the BB.

indeed...the big flaw in it is if your BB does a PW lock out on timer, it disconnects...
but it def brings up new ideas with remote 'desktop'ing

There will probly be a way to toss 7 on the Torch. Just like users on 9700s were putting 6 on their phones within a couple weeks of it being released.

Ya I think you might be right. Reason is when you look at the specs the new 9930 (or whatever the storm replacement is) and the 9900 are stacked. Double the processor of the Torch and 9780 so there's a good chance the Torch just wouldn't have the power to run OS 7..
Much better than the ty VNCplayer that was out on Appworld before.
Works a treat!

Yeah, pulls up that screen for WIN7.
Did you expect it to do something different?
