Yes!

I had completely tuned out of the Essential mix but this has brought me right back. Great to hear actual trance for once on the EM.

This set was immeeeennnse. I wasn't the biggest fan of the Underworld remix at the end; it seemed like a bit of a cop-out. Other than that though, this set was mega. I hope he releases a higher quality version sans voiceovers.

haha i requested the underworld mashup :p
i love the mix, i've had it on repeat in the work ute all week hehe. awesome stuff!

Superb, seemingly arcane track selection, tight mixing, & fluid energy that allows me the skip to any part of the set & enjoy it as much as the rest (mandatory for any set that remains on my hard drive). This one's a keeper.

The version I have is in VBR format, averaging out at 171 - which is fine but a bit muddier than I'd like. Any hopes I can get a higher quality rip?

Two things:

1. What exactly is 'arcane track selection'?

2. What the is the point of listening to sets if you're going to skip parts? Do you skip parts of movies just to watch particular scenes? Sets are made to be listened to from start to finish.

ORIGIN mid 16th cent.: from Latin arcanus, from arcere ‘to shut up,’

So you're now the expert on how to listen to sets? Do you also specify appropriate decibel levels and what colour jackboots you should have on?
Looks like everyone, except you, understood what @couch-potato was saying.. but you just HAD to come along and ruin what was a great thread so far...

You mean you actually watch the 'plot' portions of pr0n?:toothless

Domesticated, by arcane he means obscure. I haven't listened to most of these tracks either, so I get what he means.

And if you've already listened to the whole set once, I don't see what is wrong with skipping to your favorite parts. :conf:

I tried it once with Debbie Does Dallas and it wasn't fun.
