| Such an amazing EM, and I do agree with people that the Underworld Born Slippy remix doesnt really go with the rest of the set but for me I dont mind him ending it with a put your hands up in the air and have every drunken moron yell out lager lager moment. Heck ill join the drunken aholes this time. |

You know, I honestly believe this set was a landmark moment in trance. It turned the tide: so many people suddenly realised that good trance music was still out there. J00F began a massive upsurge in popularity and now two years on, things don't look so bad anymore. The intro where the bassline of Elemental Dreams comes in still stands my hairs on end, as does the re-edit of Shiloh - Runaway. |
Do you have recommended followup livesets I should hear? I don't follow trance any more but enjoyed this EM. |

| The first 40 minutes were phenomenal. I thought trance was back, but the rest of the 80 minutes were wack. |

i'd say everything after [39:16] 09. Shiloh - Run Away (06:00) was phenomenal til Underworld - Born Slippy (John '00' Fleming Mash Up) ..i don't like this ending track...
also love the third opening track [03:43] 03. Kay D - Elemental Nature (06:39)
but in general~~~~the set is sooooooo goood!!~~ |

Nah the whole thing is good except for the ending. |

the mix grew on me. I didn't trip balls, but it was good.
Killa was the best track in the mix. |

| Even though I've listened multiple times over the last couple of years I only noticed recently that most of the tracks are playing much slower than you'd expect. Even at DMT the mix is only around 132bpm, and ends at around 136 even though Energy of Light/Sea Song are normally 140/144bpm. |

| Yeah, he has the remarkable ability to create so much energy without hammering the tempo. Last time I saw him at J00F Editions in Brighton he played a ridiculously heavy set, but the BPM counter apparently never went above 130. |
