i don't get the metallic taste even though the medication i take is known for them. I find that that if i take them with a glass of milk and drink water i'm fine.

| yeah i DID take zopiclone! i hated that stuff. i haven't been able to sort out a name yet, if i can't think of a good one in time, we'll name him peter, after my dad. I know what you mean about babies, i was the same way believe it or not, and i was the mum.. trust me when i say it is different when it is your own. |

they are great for anxiety (at least were to me) A big factor in preventing panic attacks is learning to tell yourself you are having one and not dying. You could also ask for relaxation techniques (breathing, counting backwards..and so on) that would equip you better. |

I JUST got myself off this . Coming down from it ing killed me. And I feel a thousand times better being off then I did being on them. |

i'm not on them anymore, and they worked fine. Like i said before, anti depressants have different effects on different people.
you did gradualy reduce your dosage over a few weeks i hope?;) |

yeah ive been told that by lots of people, and i dont doubt its true.. i guess its just one of them things that just happens unexpectedly.
for us.. we dont know what we are having yet.. we find out on february 10th, if its a girl [which id like] it will be Jorja Tuscany, and if its a boy, Jayden Kai :)
i wanted my child to have a resemblance to my name. for a boy, i dont realy like many boys names.. my real name is Jamie, which ive always hated, but ive always been known as Jay, which is a cool name [i think] i so i always wanted my son to have the name i always wanted |
