I'm pretty sure that the mobs in FF8 leveled with you, which made some encounters (such as Diabolos) virtually impossible after a certain amount of levels. |

man i hate enemy levelling. i love open games where if i go somewhere too early i get stomped on, so i have to venture elsewhere to get tougher and come back later. when enemies level with you, you never quite get that feeling you're really badass.
gothic 2 was great for that. |

Oh what's that, you want to go into a dungeon with undead skeletons walking around while equipped with a stick and loincloth, and fresh off the boat? Yea....good luck with that one. |

hahaha, for me it was a damned ghost. what a cvnt. never finished morrowind, i think i upgraded and lost my saves, couldnt motivate myself to start over again.
loved fallout 3 though. wish it had a better story though. |

I never actually finished Fallout 3 though I did love it. Sadly adulthood has resulted in far less time and energy to devote to gaming. Gay. |

| so ive bitten the bullet and purchased oblivion. will be grabbing some mods to fix the woeful enemy levelling issue, so hopefully im in for a really good time. divinity 2 is almost done and im still hungry for more RPG. |
