What do you do if you have no goals in life?

No real interests and nothing that you seriously want to pursue or accomplish, no destinations or dreams in mind. No passions, no strong feelings about much of anything. No subject or field or endeavor that holds your enthusiasm for longer than a few days. What do you do if your life feels not all that bad or good, but simply like a rather boring, mediocre, and pointless dead end?

exactly,, break the mediocracy by traveling somewhere. When you see new things and different lifestyles, it will open your eyes.

Just start smoking weed JBJ. I know you do when you can, or at least said that, but you should smoke more.

A lot more.

Goals are chosen, they do not simply appear out of the aether. Most people defer the choice and merely adopt goals that they perceive others to be pursuing. In the end, they are only living their lives in service of someone else's arbitrary value judgments, so their lives are nothing but an empty farce.

The alternatives are to assume responsibility for creating one's own goals in life, or to wallow in ennui. I do not mean to imply that the former is an easy path; it is probably the most difficult.
