You do have a goal. It's to find a more permanent one.
Why are you being so negative? Last I check you're not an African child with no food or water who's lost his parents to AIDS. You're not a refugee in a war torn country. You have access to pretty much anything you want, you just need to make an effort.
Quit being such a negative "waaah waaah I don't know what to do with myself" type of person. As sympathetic as I want to be towards people like you, I just can't help but think that what you need is a good kick up the ass to jump start you.
You ever heard people tell you to fake a smile and that it will make you happy? Guess what? It works. Force yourself to do things and before you know it your mindset will change. Being negative all the time will just result in a negative life.
You know what therapists are for? Forcing people to act in a way that they already have the ability to, but are unwilling to push themselves. So either change your ing mindset already or go and get a therapist to help you out instead. Otherwise you'll end up even more depressed and possibly suicidial.
You're a smart guy but your problem is you. Not the world, most likely not the people around you either but your own brain. You have the ability to fix everything (if anything even needs fixing that is) so go and do it.
Travel, get a bar job, teach, etc. Do anything that changes things up a little. |
